Remember Sticker

Terms of Service

Version 1, in effect from 2026-10-24

Remember Sticker Terms of Service

DRAFT for John's review. Not reviewed by a lawyer.

These Terms apply to anyone who writes on, presses the button on, or adds an email to a Remember Sticker. By doing any of those things you agree to them.

What a sticker is

Each sticker opens a web page with a note. Anyone who has the sticker, or its link, can read the note. If the sticker isn't locked, they can also change it. Don't write anything private, secret or sensitive on a sticker: no passwords, no financial or medical information, nothing you would mind a stranger reading.

No guarantee

Remember Sticker is free and is provided as is, without any warranty. It may be unavailable, it may change, and notes or button records may be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Remember Sticker, including lost notes.

Daily limits

Each sticker has a plan, and each plan has daily limits. A day runs from midnight to midnight UTC. On the free plan, each sticker can, per day:

A note can be up to 10,000 characters, and a note on a button press up to 200 characters. When a sticker reaches a limit, that action stops working until the next day.

Using it properly

You must be at least 13 years old. Don't use a sticker for anything illegal, to deceive people (for example, to direct them to a fake payment page), to harass anyone, or to post anything that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove a note, or remove an email from a sticker, if it breaks these Terms.

Emails

If you add your email to a sticker, we use it only to send you sign-in links and to show you your stickers. The privacy page lists everything we store.

Changes

We may publish new Terms. The version that applies to a sticker is the one shown when it is next written on.
